The villa is situated in a quiet residential area between Cala D'Or and Cala Ferrera. Just a five minutes walk to the centre of Cala Ferrera and a ten minutes walk to the centre of Cala D'Or each, with many restaurants, shops and Nightlife that you are really spoilt for choice. There are 4 sandy coves to choose between Cala Ferrera and Cala D'Or which you can reach at a10-20 minute walk. Villa Velamonte is an ideal choice for groups and families wanting a quiet location yet with amenities nearby.
The villa:
Velamonte is a new and very attractively furnished villa. On the ground floor is the open lounge/dining area with a well equipped open plan kitchen. Patio doors leads to the terrace with an inviting dining table, BBQ and view over the smart pool and lawn of the small well-kept garden. On the ground floor there is as well a twin bedroom and a separate bath. A Staircase leads up to two more double bedrooms one of them with a small terrace and the other with exit to a very spacious one, furnished with another table and sun beds. Both bedrooms share a shower room.
Outdoor:
The villa is set in enclosed garden and the small pool (5,50 x 4,50m; aprox. 1,50m depth) allows to refresh after having a sun bath in the garden or on the top terrace. The covered terrace on the ground with the BBQ is ideal for meals al fresco.
