This cozy villa for 8 persons is located in the residential area of Porto Colom, known for its fishing harbor and restaurants on the seaside. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Marçal is just 10 minutes away and also nearby there is a shopping center with many shops and supermarkets. Cala d'Or, a well-known city with great tourist activity offers to its visitors a very nice harbor and sandy coves, and this is only about 6 km away from this property.
Interior:
The house is built on three levels and has several terraces. The entrance is on the back and from there you have access to a large living room with French windows facing the terrace, pool and garden. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The terrace on this floor has a view over the pool. In the basement there are a double bedroom and one triple sharing a bathroom. Both rooms enjoy lots of natural light. There is also an annex with a room with double bed and bathroom with shower. On this level you will also find a laundry area.
Exterior:
The garden has an area with grass and trees surrounding the house and a large swimming pool, which makes it a very suitable house for family holidays with children. Near the entrance there is a terrace with barbecue. From there you have access to the annex and the laundry.
Important:
Bedlinnen, towels, tea towels, final cleaning and electricity bills, water and gas are included in the price. Cots, high chairs and extra beds cost 5 € per night each.
