Situation:
This lovely 250 years old farmhouse for 8 persons offers lots of space and character, and is peacefully situated just 10 min walk from the village of Cas Concos, 10-15 min drive from beaches, nightlife and many amenities of Cala Dor. The house has a peaceful, rural surrounding, yet within easy reach of the small shops and restaurants of the village. There is also rural hotel and restaurants 5 min walk away.

The villa:
The farmhouse Cavea has been tastefully restored in Mallorca style, with terracotta tiles and traditional local furniture’s. The house is immaculately looked after by its charming owners and offers excellent amenities, including air condition in all bedrooms. On the ground floor large oak doors lead into a hallway and dining room. That fitted well-furnished kitchen with all amenities with doors into the BBQ area and pool. Separate lounge, one twin and one double bedroom sharing a shower/WC on the ground floor. Stairs (with staregata on the top) lead up to a large lounge with a space for an extra bed for a child. Twin bedroom with doors onto a, partly shared sun terrace. On this floor you also find another twin bedroom, plus a full bathroom and a further shower/WC.

Outdoor:    
The house has a very charming and quietly pool area. The large swimming pool (11,5x6,5 m) is ideal for serious swimmers and the garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing, whilst BBQ and dining terrace area is perfect for an evening meal.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water and gas) are included in the rental price.
