Ideally situated just 700m from the picturesque fishing village and marina of Porto Petro with restaurants specialized in fresh fish. This location is ideal for anyone looking for a quiet Mediterranean retreat.
The beautiful, unspoiled beaches and turquoise waters of Cala Mondrago are only 1,5 km away.
Interior:
This charming house consists in one storey, and it’s furnished with sober and simple wooden elements. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, CD, DVD players, a fireplace and a dining table for 6 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped: cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. Please note that the washing machine is outside.
The double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom offers a direct access onto the pool area. The two other bedrooms have twin beds and share the same bathroom. All bedrooms have fans. And a safe is at your disposal.
Exterior:
At first, a shaded veranda welcomes you at the front of the house, which is beautifully decorated with flowers. It also has a spacious rural open area, and a typical Mediterranean garden with all sorts of vegetation, trees, palm tree and flowers.
Its private swimming pool (9m x 4m depth 1m to 1.8m) is built with roman steps for an easy access into the water.
The covered terrace with BBQ, and sun terraces area give a nice view of the fields.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price.
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 5€ per night each.
