The house is modestly furnished and offers a covered terrace at the front overlooking the pool, the Mediterranean sea, the mountains in the distance and the valley all the way to Benidorm. Here you can relax with the world at your feet and enjoy the wonderful summer sunsets.

Particularities:
It's not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated (only on request and written confirmation). Outside the months of July and August, reservations with changeover days during the week, may be accepted.
You can arrive at the accommodation after 16.00 and are expected to depart before 10.00.
The accommodation needs to be left clean, if not so, then a cleaning charge will be taken from the safety deposit.
All garbage must be taken away, the dirty linen can be left together in one place for pick up and laundering.
The safety deposit will be returned after checking of the accommodation and when the keys have been returned to the owner.
