The peninsula Florida is situated in the south-east of the United States of America, not far from Cuba, The Bahamas or The Caribbean.

In this holiday paradise, not far from the city of Orlando, there are beautiful luxurious villas with private swimming pool. The villas are situated around Kissimmee at about a 20 minutes drive from the airport of Orlando and at about a 30 minutes drive from the mega entertainment parks.

Furthermore there are several villas near the golfcourse of Inverness, situated at the north-west of Orlando, at about 75 minutes drive, ideal for golf-players who like to visit the entertainment-parks or enjoy the sun, beach and sea during their stay.

All villas are comfortably furnished and presented with modern equipment; most of them are situated in large villa parks and have central facilities like: swimming pool, sunterrace, sunbeds and one or more tenniscourts. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are at about 20 minutes drive.

The Sunshine State, with its most important cities: Miami and Orlando, is mostly known for its stable temperatures, the beautiful sandy beaches and the comfortable, luxurious holiday villas with private swimming pool. Hibernation is extremely popular overhere! The average temperature in Winter hardly goes below 20 degrees C!
We strongly recommend you visit the Everglades National Park, a beautiful park through which you can float by flat boats with propeller drive.

Also parks like for example: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World or Kennedy Space Center, who are situated around the exciting Orlando, are worth a visit. A "MUST" are the subtropical beaches, which can easily compete with the Carrebean. In the cristal clear sea of Cocoa Beach and at Clearwater you can perfectly snorkel or dive.

For those who like to shop Florida is the place to be! You should visit at least one of these shopping malls. Culture lovers find what they´re looking for as well. A visit at one of the many museums would be a possibility or dive into the history of Ernest Hemingway in Key West!
